Describe a city street in very bad weather.

The once bustling city street had been transformed into a tempestuous battleground. A merciless storm had seized control, unleashing its fury upon the hapless metropolis. Rain fell in torrents, as if the heavens had opened their floodgates, drowning the world below in a deluge. The wind roared, tearing through the concrete jungle, toppling signs and scattering debris with wild abandon.

Despite the tempest’s wrath, a few brave souls ventured forth, struggling to navigate the city’s treacherous pathways. Hunched figures, shrouded in raincoats and clutching umbrellas turned inside out, stumbled through the deluge, their faces contorted in a mix of determination and misery. The fierce gale toyed with them, pushing and pulling, as if deriving twisted pleasure from their suffering.
